A seven-member executive committee, chaired by Robert Kunold, governs the firm. Committee members include: John Nelson, Lori Nomura, Rafael Stone, Jeff Frank, and Lori Terry Gregory, as well as Jon Hongladarom and Nancy Stephens as rotating members, ex officio. Nancy Giunto, executive director of the firm, and Brad Berg serve as ex officio members of the committee. The executive committee, which is elected by the membership, is responsible for establishing policy and planning the direction of the firm. The committee elects its chair. Several standing committees assist the executive committee and the executive director.

As executive director, Nancy serves as the firm's chief operating officer, making recommendations regarding administrative support and management policies. She also is responsible for overseeing analysis and for recommending action on key strategic goals at the request of the executive committee chair. Nancy provides leadership and direction to the firm while developing teams to deliver on operational commitments.
