We frequently represent our domestic clients on their international acquisitions and joint ventures, counseling on such matters as entity and tax structuring, trade regulation, foreign employment matters, and related acquisition and post-closing operational issues. We have particular experience in international tax laws, customs and export regulations, trade and antitrust issues, international dispute resolution, and a variety of other regulatory requirements, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FIRPTA, and Exon-Florio reviews.

Because a successful international practice requires strong local connections, we have been a member of Interlaw since 1991.
