Drug Policies, Testing, and Employee Relations in the Era of State-Legal Marijuana

As employers and employee representatives in the public and private sectors, how should workplace policies, labor relations, and human resources adapt to state legalization of marijuana? Jared Van Kirk will present on "Drug Policies, Testing, and Employee Relations in the Era of State-Legal Marijuana" this Thursday, April 6th from 2:15 to 3:15 PM at the 40th Annual Collective Bargaining and Arbitration Conference.  His presentation will explore the status of marijuana laws, legal and practical considerations for addressing workplace concerns, and synchronizing policy, enforcement, and communication surrounding marijuana use.
