Kinnon Williams will be presenting information on the recently approved amendment to the King County Charter. The amendment removes a restriction on the county's authority to transfer, lease or sell real property for lesser than fair market value when said property will be used for affordable housing. He will explain what the change means with regard to public policy, affordable housing and homelessness.
