Session Summary:
Qualifying as an expert witness is more than just a few letters after your name. Knowing what is in your wheelhouse and where to draw the line is just as important as being a good presenter. In this presentation, participants will find out what information they can rely upon in rendering opinions and when they should seek out other experts to rely upon. Participants will also learn how qualify as an expert and what they need to do to prepare to withstand a challenge to their credentials as an expert.
