Regional Legislative Updates. Eric Lohnes from the Association of Washington Business will provide an interim legislative report on Washington; Larry Brant from Garvey Schubert Barer’s Portland office will discuss Legislative Concept 3548, a legislative referendum to create a business privilege tax in Oregon; and Miriam Woods from Garvey Schubert Barer’s Seattle office will briefly touch on a few updates from Alaska, Idaho, and Montana.
