Attorney Steve Peltin’s lively and provocative presentation will highlight two areas where credit union Board members need to know employment law. Steve will first address the Board’s essential tasks of selecting, supervising, and replacing the Chief Executive Officer. Then Steve will cover the Board’s responsibility in harassment prevention and response in the era of #MeToo.
