Joe Arellano has been named 2018-19 Chair of the Attorney-Client Relationships Committee for the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). This will be his second consecutive term serving in this role for the Committee whose mandate is to examine and keep abreast of developments in the field and, in particular, as they relate to the traditional privilege of communications between attorney and client and maintenance of client confidences.
Joe has been an ACTL Fellow since 2009. He previously served as Vice-Chair of the Attorney-Client Relationships Committee (2015-2017) and Chair of the Oregon State Committee (2014-2016).
