Neuhoff Media has officially exited the broadcast industry after nearly 70 years, following the sale of its final seven radio stations in Springfield and Bloomington, Illinois. Foster Garvey is proud to have supported Neuhoff in this significant $4.3 million transaction, with Brad Deutsch serving as FCC legal counsel. The sale closed on September 26 with Woodward Communications as the buyer. The deal, brokered by Kalil & Co. and Tideline Partners, marks the end of an era for Neuhoff.
