SPOKANE, Wash. (November 18, 2024) Foster Garvey is pleased to announce that Sean Clavere joins the firm’s Spokane office as an associate in its Business & Corporate Finance practice.
Sean brings a wealth of experience in guiding companies through significant corporate transactions, including nine-figure acquisitions and complex financing arrangements. His practice spans high-stakes corporate work, from mergers and acquisitions to advising on compliance with data privacy standards. He has partnered with clients at every stage, from emerging startups to established industry leaders, helping them successfully address regulatory requirements and achieve strategic growth objectives.
Prior to joining Foster Garvey, Sean served as an associate at Spokane-based IP law firm Lee & Hayes PC.

Sean earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and holds a B.A. in English Literature and Spanish Language from Seattle University. He is licensed to practice in Washington.
