Greg Duff chairs the firm’s Hospitality, Travel & Tourism group and devotes his practice to helping clients mitigate the myriad risks revolving around running a hospitality operation in today’s technology-driven world – from negotiating management and other operational agreements to advising on the legal issues of sales distribution and online travel. He has also served as counsel to many of the hospitality industry’s local, state and national trade associations and trade groups, including the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI). His widely popular weekly digest, Online Travel Update, is published on Duff on Hospitality Law and offers a global perspective of key news impacting the hospitality and online travel arena. For seven consecutive years, Greg has been recognized in the Readers’ Choice Awards by JD Supra, including being named the No. 1 Author for Transportation in 2021.
