Foster Garvey announces a change in leadership of its acclaimed Real Estate, Land Use & Environmental practice with Bill Lenz stepping up as Co-Practice Group Leader.

Bill is serving as Co-Practice Group Leader of the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Group with the current Practice Group Leader, Bryan Helfer. A transactional real estate attorney, Bill advises clients on real estate purchases, loans, sales and leases. His practice also encompasses land use matters and appeals. In addition to his legal work, Bill provides support for several nonprofits in the greater Spokane community.
