Foster Garvey announces a change in the leadership of its Spokane office with Ryan Jensen taking the reins from Jim McNeill as Office Managing Director of the Spokane office.
Ryan assists clients in transactional real estate and business matters. He regularly handles matters involving the purchase and sale, leasing and financing of commercial real property. He also represents clients in a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity selection and formation, and contract review and preparation.

Jim McNeill served in many leadership roles in the firm, in addition to the Spokane Office Managing Director. Jim’s practice focused on municipal law and finance with an emphasis on serving as bond counsel to Washington school districts and other Washington municipalities. Jim retired at the end of 2024, and Foster Garvey wishes him all the best in his well-deserved retirement.
