Melodie Virtue commented on the draft Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that would revise the FCC's licensing process and rules for noncommercial educational broadcast stations and low-power FM stations, and its potential effects on the public broadcasting sector.
The NPRM will be discussed at the FCC's Open Meeting on January 30, 2019.
