R. Daniel Carter will be celebrated as the 2024 "Alumnus of the Year" at the UCLA Law Native Nations Law & Policy Center (NNLPC) Annual Alumni Awards. The event takes place during the Federal Bar Association's Indian Law Conference on April 4, 2024, at the Sandia Resort in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Daniel, a 2011 graduate of UCLA Law, is a principal in Foster Garvey PC’s Tribal Governments & Enterprises practice and is based in the firm's Tulsa office. His work encompasses a wide range of critical areas within Native American legal advocacy and policy development.
