Rafael is Co-Chair and a Principal at Foster Garvey, and is based in the firm's Seattle office. Additionally, he co-chairs the firm’s Investment Management practice and advises more than 30 public pension funds located throughout the United States, in all aspects of public pension fund alternative investments.
For more than three decades, Rafael has focused his practice on U.S. and international private equity, hedge funds, infrastructure, real estate, opportunistic funds and direct investments.
