Ralph Simmons was recently quoted in BNN Bloomberg on the growing shift in the food industry toward natural alternatives to artificial dyes. “Our advice right now, and what I understand a lot of companies to be doing, is looking for alternatives,” said Ralph, who is actively working with clients on the dyes issue. “Right now, it’s a consumer interest,” he added, pointing to the role of consumer demand in driving these changes.
