Allison has more than a decade of experience serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and borrower’s counsel in tax-advantaged financings.
Allison’s practice is focused on multifamily and senior housing, health care, transportation, higher education and nonprofit financings. She also counsels housing authorities and other public entities regarding general municipal law.
