Amy oversees each stage of the patent process, from preparing U.S. and international filings to managing client portfolios and drafting responses to Office actions. She collaborates closely with clients, inventors and foreign agents, handling essential documentation and filing requirements such as powers of attorney, certified assignments and apostilles. Amy's work also includes managing dockets, conducting due diligence and performing research to support client patent portfolios and IDS preparation.
