Andrew manages Foster Garvey’s financial operations, managing the firm’s billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting, FP&A, contracts, trust, and payroll departments. He leads the development and execution of the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes across the firm’s six offices to support strategic decision-making and long-term financial growth. As a member of the firm’s senior leadership team, Andrew collaborates with key stakeholders to implement financial strategies that optimize cash flow, enhance profitability, and improve operational efficiency.
