Overview
Bennett focuses his practice on the commercial transactions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance of consumer brands.
As a USPTO-certified patent attorney with a medical and life sciences background, he assists clients with a range of intellectual property matters, including advising on asset protection.
Bennett is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he participated in activities such as the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and the Mediation Clinic. During his externship at the UF Office of Privacy, he gained valuable experience by assisting with the analysis and application of privacy regulations to university operations. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the College of Charleston Honors College.
