Overview
Through her broad experience, Chelsea has developed a unique ability to analyze legal issues across real estate and business matters to find pragmatic solutions. She approaches each client’s legal issues with an open mind, listens actively and puts her client’s goals first.
Chelsea helps clients with an array of real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases and easements. She frequently represents municipalities, public hospital districts and housing authorities in real transactions and leases. In addition to her transactional real estate practice, Chelsea represents individuals, businesses and non-profits in entity formation including drafting articles, by-laws and conducting regulatory filings.
In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys volunteering for various animal rescue groups in the area and is an avid tennis player.
