Overview

Through her broad experience, Chelsea has developed a unique ability to analyze legal issues across real estate and business matters to find pragmatic solutions. She approaches each client’s legal issues with an open mind, listens actively and puts her client’s goals first. 

Chelsea’s practice focuses on transactional real estate. She frequently represents property owners, municipalities, public hospital districts, nonprofit organizations, agriculture clients and housing authorities in purchasing and selling real estate. Additionally, she frequently handles commercial leasing matters for a wide range of properties, including agriculture, multi-family, retail, industrial, cell tower and office.

Chelsea also has experience with financing transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders in negotiating and drafting loan documents and preparing opinion letters.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her many animals and is an avid tennis player.
