Overview

Darrias is a member of the firm's Investment Management group.

He has significant experience facilitating client mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence, drafting, revising and negotiating primary agreements and ancillary agreements, coordinating and communicating with expert matter specialists and overseeing and closing matters. He has also assisted clients with the formation and dissolution of entities, the preparation of organizational governing documents and the preparation and submission of business licenses and permits. 

Darrias joins Foster Garvey from Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt where he supported their business and corporate finance group. Prior to joining Schwabe, Darrias interned for the Seattle Office of the Mayor and worked closely with the General Counsel, honing his skills in advising on contract negotiations and reviewing contractual agreements. He holds a law degree from Seattle University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in history from Williams College.
