- Represented a major private equity fund in connection with approximately two hundred single family rental loan purchase agreements (usually structured as flow transactions) along with related matters such as third-party loan servicing or seller-provided interim servicing agreements.
- Represented residential loan originators in connection with sales of pools of mortgage loans.
- Representation of Compu-Link Corporation dba Celink in connection with dozens of reverse mortgage subservicing agreements, along with various vendor contracts, securitization servicing agreements, and corporate transactional matters.
- Representation of OneWest Bank in connection with the sale of approximately $78 billion in unpaid principal balance of mortgage servicing rights to Ocwen Loan Servicing.
- Representation of Vulcan Inc. in connection with complex investment and hedging structures
