Overview
Jacque provides litigation and transactional counsel in the real estate and land use development industries.
She works with clients ranging from small businesses to large international corporations, single-family tenants and landlords to owners and managers of multi-building residential and commercial properties.
Jacque focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development and sale of single-family, multi-family, mixed-use and commercial properties. She represents clients through all phases of these transactions, handling tasks such as drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and leases, performing due diligence and litigating disputes that may arise.
Additionally, Jacque frequently advises on boundary, title and easement issues, assisting clients from the initial application through subsequent stages of the process.
