Overview
Kate is an associate focusing her practice on labor, employment and litigation.
A Washington local, she attended Washington State University before graduating in the top 10 percent from the University of Washington School of Law. At UW Law, Kate was an Executive Editor for Washington Law Review and published a comment on litigating harassment under federal laws. Additionally, she was a member of the Mediation Clinic where she spent time mediating for clients in Small Claims Court.
Kate has worked in personal injury and gained experience as a Foster Garvey Summer Associate and as a Legal Extern in the Labor & Employment Section of the Seattle City Attorney’s Office.
