Overview
Matt concentrates his practice in general corporate matters and alternative investments.
He has extensive experience representing public pension funds and other institutional investors with domestic and international private investment transactions on an individual and commingled basis, including investments in private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, special situation funds, real estate, infrastructure and more. Matt also assists his clients with secondary transactions, direct company investments, co-investments, investment management agreements, transition management agreements, and other private and public securities matters.
