Overview
Maury's practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, trusts and estates litigation, not-for-profit corporations, condominiums and cooperatives, insurance coverage issues, sports and entertainment and health care.
Maury has more than 35 years of experience, and, for 20 of those years, he was Partner at Heller, Horowitz & Feit, P.C. Before that, Maury was as an associate at Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler and at Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts. Maury has trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts, commercial arbitrations and administrative proceedings before government agencies. He serves as an arbitrator for the American Health Lawyers Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Service and for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Also, Maury has written and lectured nationally on issues pertaining to health care litigation.
