Michelle has over 15 years of experience providing legal support in matters involving alcoholic beverage and hospitality industry clients.

Michelle’s experience includes assisting in federal, state and local alcoholic beverage retail; wholesale; supplier licensing; multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance; federal label approval and state brand registration matters.

She works closely with attorneys on preparing and organizing legal memoranda and client corporate documents, and synchronizing with the clients for state, federal and local regulatory agency filings.

Prior to working at Foster Garvey Michelle was an alcohol regulatory specialist at an international law firm who focused on obtaining retail licenses, monitoring retail license renewals, tuning into corporate and management updates, and answering regulatory inquiries.
