Nealy has more than twenty years of legal experience, with a primary focus on the beverage and hospitality industry.

She assists clients with local, state and federal alcohol beverage licensing and ensures ongoing regulatory compliance. With extensive experience supporting hospitality businesses, breweries, wineries and distilleries, Nealy also navigates retail and manufacturer alcohol beverage licensing nationwide. She works with wineries, cruise lines, golf courses, restaurants and hotels to secure and manage multistate license portfolios.

Nealy collaborates closely with city, county and state alcohol beverage agencies, as well as community boards in areas impacted by liquor licensing, to facilitate smooth and efficient processes. She has also worked directly with supervisory agency personnel to implement procedural improvements, streamlining licensing to reduce costs and processing times for clients.
