Stephanie provides paralegal support to Foster Garvey’s Labor, Employment & Immigration practice.

Stephanie is experienced in assisting attorneys through all stages of employment litigation in state and federal court, as well as non-litigation employment matters such as responding to complaints filed with state agencies including the Department of Labor (DOL), Labor & Industries (L&I) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Stephanie also assists our labor attorneys in preparing for labor negotiations, responding to union information requests, assisting with National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) petitions, and arbitrations.
