Yeli’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and intellectual property litigations.
Yeli brings her knowledge and experience to assist clients in disputes involving commercial contracts, patent infringement, trade secrets misappropriation, and trademark and trade dress infringement. She has an established record of achieving favorable results for clients in federal courts nationwide and state courts in New York, including preliminary and permanent injunctive relief.
She also has a deep understanding and experience in litigating disputes, including copyright related matters, that arise from the sale and purchase of music companies and recording and publishing catalogs.
Yeli has bench and jury trial experience in federal and state courts. Her appellate experience includes direct appeals and amicus curiae briefs to the United States Supreme Court.
