Overview
Zachary focuses primarily in domestic and international investments for public and private institutional investors across a range of alternative investments, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and domestic and global real estate funds. Such transactions range from relatively small investments in commingled investment funds to billion-dollar bespoke fund-of-one arrangements.
In addition, Zachary routinely advises institutional investors on all tax aspects of their investments, from initial structuring, to negotiating best-in-class terms, to assisting in reclaiming withheld taxes.
Zachary is also experienced in the tax aspects of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, tender offers, exchange offers, securitizations and debt restructurings.
