Overview

Allen is a member of the firm’s Business practice and focuses on corporate, business, real estate and contract law.

Allen’s practice has included representation of a variety of investment, technology, professional sports teams, sports facilities, real estate, yachts and other businesses; non-profits such as museums and foundations; a diversified personal holding and management company; and the complex estate of an ultra-wealthy individual.
