Overview
Paul is a partner in the Chambers-ranked Investment Management practice at Foster Garvey. He represents and advises institutional investors across North America and Europe on their alternative investments.
His practice specializes in advising public pension funds, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and insurance companies on a wide range of investment structures, including private equity funds, hedge funds, collective investment trusts, SBICs, co-investments, real estate, advisory and platform relationships, and other alternative arrangements.
Paul has been appointed by the ABA’s Business Law Section as the Chair of the Institutional Investors Committee and its 13 subcommittees.
Outside of his investment management work, Paul serves as Co-Chair of Foster Garvey’s Recruiting Committee and has held leadership positions with several Pacific Northwest organizations. His dedication to pro bono work has earned him numerous accolades
