Obtained summary judgment in favor of a local alternative weekly newspaper sued for reporting on a sexual harassment lawsuit instituted by the plaintiff against Peter Nordstrom and Nordstrom, Inc. The newspaper quoted a company spokesperson as describing the lawsuit as baseless and nothing but "an attempt at extortion." The summary judgment was affirmed by the Washington Court of Appeals.
