Courtney Dausz, alongside Portland Village School and LRB Public Finance Advisors, will be presenting at the 2024 Annual Charter School Conference on Thursday, November 14 at the Valley River Inn in Eugene, OR. Her session, titled “So, You Want to Buy a Building? Ten Steps to Take Now to Get You on the Path to Ownership,” will guide attendees through the financial steps involved in acquiring a building. Topics will include setting long-term goals, financing considerations, operational insights and building a team to achieve both operational and financial objectives.
The Oregon Coalition of Community Charter Schools and the Oregon Department of Education proudly co-present this unique statewide gathering, bringing together Oregon’s charter school community. School leaders, administrators, board members and charter school supporters are invited to attend to learn, network and share best practices with peers.
