Overview
Elizabeth is a member of the firm's Investment Management group.
She has significant experience focusing on public and private domestic and international investors across a range of alternative investments, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and domestic and global real estate funds. She brings diverse experience and a strategic, client-focused approach, making her a trusted advisor to private fund sponsors, investors and other asset managers navigating the complexities of asset management. She also focuses on the tax aspects of domestic and international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity issuances, tender and exchange offers, securitizations and debt restructurings.
Elizabeth joins Foster Garvey from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson where she represented clients on a broad range of asset management transactions. She earned her law degree from American University Washington College of Law, a Master of Laws in taxation from the New York University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in international studies with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from the University of North Texas.
