Lesa Olsen is a paralegal with more than 18 years of experience. She has skillfully assisted our attorneys in representing major public and private employers with responding to EEOC, NLRB and other agency complaints, engaging in all phases of employment litigation in state and federal court, and preparing for labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice hearings. She also assists our labor attorneys in preparing for labor negotiations, researching compensation and non-economic contract provisions, coordinating responses to union information requests, and other pre-negotiation issues, and she provides additional assistance as needed from the start of negotiations through to contract settlement.
